Easy Peasy Summer Crisp

I had some leftover fruit that would go bad in a few days so I made this with what I had in the pantry.

Ingredients:
4 nectarines
2 bananas
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cane sugar
2 eggs
juice from 1 lime
dash of salt

1. Sliced the fruit thinly and put in the bottom of a small baking dish. Sprinkled a little bit of the sugar on top and squeezed lime juice all around.
2. For the oat topping I beat two eggs in a bowl, stirred in the sugar then slowly stirred in the oats. Poured mixture over the fruit and baked at 375 for 20-30 minutes until oat topping was nice and brown.
3. NOM.

NOTE= if I could have I would have added some butter and flour to the oat topping. I also think it would be really good with chocolate or peanut butter.
